ALL THE MERCHANDISE ON THIS WEBSITE IS FOR 220 VOLTS OVERSEAS USE. Some may be DUAL VOLTAGE 110/220V. So please be sure that you are purchasing your products for the correct country.  Most of our items will not work in North America or other 110V regions. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Many of the products we sell do not come with any international warranty. Your particular brand may be represented in your country and you may be able to get factory service.

We accept International Wire Transfers at a charge of $40

Credit card orders are subject to approval by the credit card company. If a card is declined, or is otherwise problematic, we will attempt to contact you. We reserve the right to cancel the order in such a case.

We require both a shipping address and the billing address that’s on file with your credit card company, with your order. We can’t process your order otherwise.

No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days from date of purchase.

We do not offer any insurance or warranty for any damage resulting from use or misuse of any item we sell. We encourage you to call us beforehand to ensure you are buying the proper equipment for your needs.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Likewise, prices, descriptions or photos may have errors. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you and give you the option to cancel if you wish. Bondy Export retains the right to cancel the sale in such a case if necessary.

Bondy Export is located in New York, and will collect sales tax for shipments made to a New York State address. There is no sales tax on Export merchandise if a Bill Of Lading is provided.
